These little bites of happiness are for you!
Ingredients
1tbsp cacao powder
1.5 tbsp desiccated coconut
3.5 tbsp porridge oats
2tbsp honey
4tbsp crunchy peanut butter (or any nut butter)
*add protein powder too, if inclined
Method
Mix the ingredients together in a bowl until the mixture looks like cookie-dough.
Roll the mixture into balls and place them into the fridge.
Allow to set in the fridge for approx. 30 minutes to 1 hour.
