🌟 With so much food lying around over the Christmas period, it can be difficult to resist eating your way through to 2017! Eat your favourite foods but instead of wolfing them down, slow down and take the time to enjoy eating them … it will help you eat less.

🌟 As hard as it might be, try to eat a healthy breakfast each morning, this will help to keep you on track amidst the chaos!
