Homemade Sweet Potato Wedges are tasty and have many health benefits including:

Quick Method:
🌱 2 sweet potatoes
🌱 2 tbs olive oil
🌱 1 tsp paprika
🌱 1 tsp turmeric
🌱 sprinkle of salt and pepper

Cut the potatoes into wedges
Place in a bowl and drizzle with olive oil
Sprinkle with paprika, turmeric, salt and pepper
Mix well and place wedges on baking tray in oven
Cook for 20-25 minutes
Remove from oven and let cool and serve!
