🔷 Midweek Chicken Fried Rice 😍
You will not be hungry after this one!

*Precook some brown rice before you begin the following.

🔹Heat up some coconut oil in a pan then add a slice of ginger and clove of garlic
🔹Add a sliced chicken fillet for 2 minutes and stir fry
🔹 Next up are carrot, scallion, frozen peas and a pepper – stir fry for another 2 minutes until chicken is cooked through
🔹Add the pre-cooked rice with a tsp of water into the pan until the rice is warm
🔹Remove from heat and drop in a tablespoon of soy sauce
🔹Serve and enjoy!
